2. New Course - Java 1 for XPages Development - Special Introduction Price Ends Friday

Are you an XPages Developer? Then you should add Java skills to your toolkit. XPages and Java integrate very nicely together.

TLCC's new course, Java 1 for XPages Development, will teach you the Java language and how to include Java in XPages applications. This course covers:
  • How Java is used in XPages and the Java Design Element
  • The Java editor in Domino Designer
  • The basic Java operators, statements and core classes
  • How to use Java to access and interact with Domino Objects including the Session, Database, View and Document objects
  • Java Arrays, Vectors and Collections
  • Integrating Server-side JavaScript with Java
  • Creating and Using the Java Code Design Element in XPages
  • Migrating Java agents to XPages Applications
  • And much more!

This course is written exclusively for XPages developers who want to learn how to leverage the power and extensibility of the Java language with their XPages applications. This course includes many live demonstrations and activities you do right in Domino Designer. TLCC's unique form of demonstrations and activities lets you view the Java code right on the demonstration XPage (as seen in the image to the right). This makes it easy to see both the Java code from the Java code design element and how that Java code integrates with the XPage itself.

Start programming with Java in your XPages today. This course is the first of two planned TLCC Java courses for XPages developers.

Introductory Special! Until this Friday this new course is only $499, save $300!

3. Got Several Developers Who Need to Learn XPages?

TLCC has been the leader in XPages training since XPages was first introduced in 8.5.0. TLCC not only offers our very popular self-paced XPages courses but also can help your developers get up to speed quickly with both instructor led online training as well as private on site training. A combination of both self-paced and instructor led training has been very successful with our larger clients to enable their developers to quickly become productive on XPages. TLCC also offers mentoring services. An expert TLCC instructor/developer will work with your developer(s) on XPages development techniques that apply to their current XPages projects. This direct mentoring/consulting helps put into practice the skills learned in the TLCC training courses.

Please contact Paul Della-Nebbia here at TLCC to build a training plan customized to the needs of your XPages development team. Paul can be reached at 561-953-0098 or via email at paul@tlcc.com.
