Our guarantee to our students is simple and straightforward:
If you are not satisfied with your TLCC training course(s) for any reason whatsoever TLCC will refund your course fee for a period of up to 14 days from when you purchased your course(s).
As a TLCC student, your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please call us at 1-888-241-TLCC or email us at webmaster@tlcc.com. to let us know. We want your Lotus Notes and Domino training experience to be fun, effective and rewarding!
If there’s something we can do to resolve your problem, we’ll be happy to do it. If you have simply decided that our course is not for you, we will process a complete refund.
Rules for Refunds:
1. You must notify TLCC within 14 days of course purchase.
2. If your package included a practice certification exam AND you downloaded that exam(s), your refund will be reduced by $40 for each exam downloaded.
3. Any charges for shipping and handling for a CD or any other materials will not be refunded.
4. You must send TLCC a note certifying that all copies of courseware that were downloaded have been deleted from your system.
